This photo was taken during NatHabs Ultimate Alaska Wildlife Safari in July 2023. Two brown bears stand at the bottom of Brooks Falls in Katmai, Alaska trying to catch the salmon who are swimming upstream to reach their spawning grounds. The bears stand at the top or bottom of the falls trying to catch and eat as many as possible in preparation for hibernation. Sockeye (Red}, Coho {Silver}, Chinook {King}, are the varieties most often found there.
