Species: Brown Bear | Location: Katmai Peninsula, United States Of America
While on the Katmai Adventure trip, we were sitting along a stream when this coastal brown bear caught a chum salmon. He walked right up to us and tore it apart within a few feet of us. He did that because there was another brown bear on the opposite side of the stream. We were less likely to steal his prize.
