Species: Leopard | Location: Masai Mara Reservation, Kenya
We spent over an hour tracking this animal, and he clearly did not want to interact with humans. They were a master of hiding, and only rarely did we get a chance to see them. As the sun was setting, this young leopard lifted his head briefly to see if we had left, only to be caught on film. We thought there were two of them but we could never prove it one way or the other.
About The Photographer
Bill has been an amateur photographer since 1968. He became a rank amateur in 1974, and left it to kodak moments until he got a bird feeder during COVID. Since then, he's been taking nature photos with increasing focus and interest. The recent NatHab trip to Kenya re-ignited his passion, and he now spends far too much time and money on it.Follow Bill on Twitter: @DrBillBerman
