Location: Churchill, Hudson Bay, Canada
Visiting a research camp via helicopter from Churchill, Canada we were shown a polar bear skull. Impressive both for the total size as well as the tooth length. Instant respect for the largest land predator.
About The Photographer
I started into 35mm film photography, inspired by my grandfather. Through late high school and college, I shot family and other life experiences. Then for years, family, career, and life in general just took over my energy. With time I went back, first in SLR film, then digital. Retirement brought more adventures and travel with wonderful photographic opportunities.Vote for this photo in the Nat Hab's 2024 Guest Photo Contest People’s Choice Awards!
