This guy was a big disguised in the bush as he watched the Ptarmigan. He was wishing they were seals!
About The Photographer
I have always enjoyed photography and chronicle every trip we take by making a book at the end. It's a great way to relive our trips and savor the memories. Many of my photos have been made into note cards which were sold at craft shows in the past, but now I just make them to give as gifts. They are always appreciated. The Nat Hab Polar Bear Expedition was our first trip with the company and we loved it. We are looking forward to January when we will take the Nat Hab trip to Galapagos. We will use our underwater Go Pro there as well as my little Canon. While I do have a fancier Nikon camera, I prefer to travel with my little Canon, which can fit in a pocket. On this Polar Bear trip, there were lots of folks with huge lenses. They couldn't believe the long distance photos I was getting and come of them actually took a photo of my little Camera thinking it would be a good back up. You certainly can get quicker photos with it! The two here with the Mom and cub are my favorites and I use them as wallpaper for my phone and iPad.Vote for this photo in the Nat Hab's 2024 Guest Photo Contest People’s Choice Awards! You can vote once per day, and each time you vote you’ll be entered for the chance to win a $500 Visa Gift Card or a $500 WWF Donation.
