Species: Black Winged Stilt (Himantopus Himantopus) | Location: Jacana Camp, Okavango Delta, Botswana
Taken on safari at a watering hole where we were watching a hippopotamus, these two stilts were searching for food alongside the banks and I took several pictures of them. I loved the way the water reflected their long-legged bodies and the way in this picture that their posture nearly perfectly reflect each other, like they are engaged in a practiced dance routine. Utterly random moment of beauty in nature!
