This was my first trip with NatHab - the Florida Nature Trip in April 2021 - and the first major trip after COVID, so it was great to be out traveling again. This photo was taken during an air boat ride through the Everglades, which was a bucket list "to do" excursion for me. During one of our stops in the tall grass, I looked over and saw this dragonfly on a tall stalk. I took a chance and snapped the photo - and I didn't realize how much detail I had gotten until I viewed the photo at home. I have it hanging on a wall and it reminds me of how, just like this insect is hanging on to his stalk of grass, we all need to hang on and get through the tough times.
