Seeing and hearing tens of thousands of wildebeests and zebras crossing the river, despite crocodiles and hippos in the water and lions waiting on the other side is the very definition of awesome. I thought it would be most interesting to zero in on one or two of the animals and show their struggle to get across safely. When the zebra popped up in the middle of all that mayhem it provided the focus I needed.
