Our last day in Etosha before our very long track home, we were graced with the honor of seeing this gorgeous mom taking a break from her motherly duties, a very short break, but a necessary one. As she watched her young ones in the water hole, there was a calming and peaceful silence, even though it was brief, where she just sort of sighed and took in the quietness. She wasn't too far away and capturing her in a very zen like state was mesmerizing. Seeing every crack in her skin just added to her beauty and I must not forget to mention, eye lashes for days! Even though they are so powerful, she was so calm and relaxed. How can you not fall in love with Namibia?!?
