Flinders Chase Burn
Location: Flinders Chase Park, Kangaroo Island, Australia
On a 2022 Nat Hab Great Ocean Road/Tasmania trip, we visited Flinders Chase Park on the marvelous and beautiful Kangaroo Island. We were struck by the amazing resilience of both the people, the flora, and fauna following the horrific fires of several years before. The stark beauty of the skeletonized shrubbery against the ocean backdrop and blooming flowers was striking.
