Reaching For The Sun
Location: Monteverde, Costa Rica
I wish I could say this was taken at some exotic locale - but reality was more mundane. We were traveling from Monteverde to Arenal, and had stopped for lunch. I noticed these flowers growing beside the road. The light was perfect - their petals turned the sunlight into gold.
