Elephant Clan Coming Our Way
Species: African Elephant | Location: Okavango Delta, Botswana
This photo was taken on a smoky evening in the Okavango Delta. Our first encounter was with a large male elephant that appeared to threaten our vehicle before backing off. Shortly afterwards this group started walking toward us with the smallest elephant in the lead, heading down a path.
