Species: Family Chamaeleoninae | Location: Mantadia Lodge Garden, Madagascar
On our first full day exploring Madagascar, especially to see lemurs, we stayed at the Mantadia Lodge. In the early morning before going out on an excursion, the gardeners called us over. They pointed out a chameleon that was sleeping in one of the bushes. Crouching down low I was able to capture the subject sitting on a branch with bokeh behind.
