This was my first attempt to photograph the northern lights. It was taken early morning at the Tundra Lodge.
About The Photographer
After meeting a professional photographer in the mid-1970's who introduced me to "real" photography, I realized that I had a passion for taking photos. I've always considered myself as a talented amateur, especially since friends and family have always sought me out to do photos for them as well as to admire my work. Starting out as a film photographer with a SLR camera, I was hesitant to make the jump to digital until I was totally ready to commit. This year I've "commited" and really have sought to learn my mirrorless digital camera and what it is capable of. There's so much more for me to learn!Vote for this photo in the Nat Hab's 2024 Guest Photo Contest People’s Choice Awards!
