Looking out from our room at Many Glacier Hotel in Glacier National Park. The sun was rising and lit up the glacier. Kayaks were at the ready on the dock for early morning risers.
About The Photographer
I became interested in nature photography and traveling following a cancer diagnosis in 2013. The diagnosis and subsequent treatment made me realize I never pursued my passion to travel and capture images of scenery that have a profound effect on me. Ten years later, I strive to capture a particular mood or the feeling of amazement at what I'm seeing and experiencing at the moment. I internalize and feel every image I capture. I'm working on improving my technical skills and hope some day to publish images that cause people to want to explore the world and take meaningful actions to preserve nature's fragile beauty.
