About two hours south of Jaipur, our vehicle stopped for a quick restroom break at a small roadside souvenir shop. I wandered behind the building to look at the farm fields stretching out beyond it, and I met this woman preparing chapati in her outdoor kitchen. Her friendliness and colorful clothing made this one of my favorite memories of India.
