Species: Guanaco | Location: Patagonia, Argentina
For a first-time traveler in Patagonia, I thought I was seeing herds of wild llamas. Actually, they are very similar in appearance and related, but these animals are guanacos. They travel in large herds and are very fast. The sought-after photo is of their long eyelashes!
