Polar Bear Up Close And Personal

Safe within our tundra buggy, we were able to photograph a number of Polar Bears at various distances, including this large male that came right up to and leaned on our vehicle. It was so close you could reach down and touch it, but we were well cautioned that that action would likely not be a good idea. Photo taken in 2019.
