Mock Charge!
Species: Elephant | Location: Serengeti, Tanzania, United Republic Of
This lone male elephant was signaling to us that we were encroaching on his territory. He charged at our jeep and the ground literally shook! He ran fast with his ears flapping and then stopped short and trumpeted. You can hear me whispering on my video “Oh My God!” After the fact, it was very exciting!
