Species: Brown (Grizzly) Bear | Location: Katmai National Park And Preserve, United States Of America
Observing wild bears without any fencing separating us seemed perfectly natural when we were there. Access to this spot is possible only by boat or float plane and a 2-mile walk. This mother and her cubs were about 100 feet away but it might be more accurate to say they were less than 2 seconds from us as we sat quietly and took photographs. Captured in July 2022. (Metadata says 2021 but the camera setting was incorrect)
