Raw Oyster Adventure
Location: El Vizcaino Biosphere Reserve, Baja California, United States Of America
Raw oyster adventure at the Sol Azul MariCultivos oyster farm which boasts oysters "Raised by whales in a biosphere reserve." We toured Sanctuary Oysters farm and packing plant, and then I enjoyed (?) my first ever raw oyster on the half shell served by Andrea, one of our amazing Expedition Leaders.
