Daydreaming
Species: Gorilla | Location: Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, Uganda
While trekking through the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest I noticed this gorilla just lounging in the tall grass. As I watched him, I wondered, what is he pondering? His gaze was so intent on the branch, nothing else mattered.
The more I experienced the great apes during this trip, I could not help being drawn to them. Their facial expressions are so like those we see in humans.
As a photo hobbyist and total geek for wildlife I find when reviewing the pictures taken on this trip I return to the forest and these amazing animals.
